The Minffordd Path climbs through atmospheric woodland, breaks out beside the magnificent glacial corrie of Llyn Cau, and ascends a steep, rocky zig-zag line onto the rugged summit ridge of Penygader.
It's one of the best mountain routes in Wales — steep, spectacular, and ideal for intermediate walkers or fit beginners wanting a proper mountain day.
